Universal Clients take on Karate!

Long Branch clients practice their coordination and balance while keeping active during their karate classes. These individuals have been working very consistently to practice for their belt grading test in the next couple of weeks. We are so proud of them all for their hard work and commitment to this sport and to their physical health!
